We process orders in 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 5–7 business days once shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new condition, with tags and the shoe box.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Our loafers are designed to fit true to size. If you’re between sizes or have wider feet, we suggest going up half a size. To measure: place your foot on a sheet of paper, mark heel to longest toe, measure in cm, and compare with the size chart on each product page. A short break-in of 1–3 wears is normal for loafers.
